Chillax Asia, the largest annual event by the Singapore Bakery & Confectionary Trade Association, returns this year with over 140 food, beverage, and confectionary exhibitors for a weekend showcase at Marina Bay Sands Expo Hall A from 25 to 27 July 2019.

Over 80 trade events and competitions will take place over a span of three days, including:

  • Baker 4.0, where 200 top chefs will attempt to embrace technology to transform Singapore’s baking industry
  • Smart Technology Eatery, a fully unmanned mockup cafe
  • Launch of the newly minted Desserts Singapore Association and Singapore Entrepreneur Kit
  • Bi-Centennial Cake Decoration Championship in honour of the year-long commemorations in Singapore
  • Return of the Singapore Bake-A-Star Championship

With the first two days of Chillax Asia reserved for trade participants, doors will open to the public on 27 July, the third day. Here are five F&B brands you can look forward to discovering!

3. Macarons SG

5. Golden Moments
