George Town Tze Char’s festive creations are as mouthwatering as ever, and pair well with craft beer on tap from homegrown brand Brewlander, as well as other international award-winning craft beers from the UK, Australia, United States, Japan, Korea, and Hong Kong. Other alcoholic beverages available include award-winning sake, wines, and even Chendol and Rojak Gin. So, tipple-loving customers, you won’t be left wanting here! 

Festive dishes include the Festive Dual Flavoured Turkey ($28++), which is served two ways, deep-fried and braised with guangxi sauce. I found the braised turkey to be rather tender, with a consistency that reminded me of my favourite Hainanese chicken rice, elevated by the punchy notes of the guangxi sauce.

Nothing beats lip-smacking good finger food at a night out. The Metal Jacket Drumlets ($18++) are succulent with a spicy kick that will have you reaching for your pint.

Enhance your festive dining celebrating with George Town Tze Char’s new selection of BBQ Skewers, which include Mutton ($1++), Beef ($2++), Pork Belly ($3++), and Squid ($2++). A minimum of $10 is required, but you’ll have no problem working your way through those delicious sticks of meats and seafood!

Spice lovers will no doubt feel at home with George Town Tze Char’s menu. Worth noting is the White Pepper Crab ($35++ for 500g), whose peppery flavours elevate the tender, fresh meat encased in the crab shell.

The Hotplate Black Pepper Wagyu with Parmesan Butter ($28++) is one for the books, with tender beef chunks that melt in your mouth. I especially loved the richness that the parmesan butter added to the meat! For seafood lovers who love their catch of the day with a kick of spice, you can’t go wrong with the Garlic Fried Tilapia ($35++).
