Taking over from previous tenant Shokotsu Ten, &JOY Dining Hall is a multi-brand concept that houses several Japanese F&B brands under one roof, in the basement of Jurong Point where its Japanese food street currently resides.

Once considered street food of humble origins, sushi has evolved into an elegant facet of Japanese cuisine. Situated in the innermost side of The Quayside at Robertson Quay is TEN Sushi & Bar by Marusaya, a Japanese eatery that has just passed its four year mark.

Roots Mediterranean may have been around for a little under four months, but it has already made its home among resident of Watten Estate, Bukit Timah. A steady crowd of expats could be seen steadily filling up the restaurant’s expansive premises, till it was practically full house when we visited on a Saturday evening.

Ramen lovers will understand the dilemma of wanting to dive headfirst into their favourite bowl of noodles, and having to maintain their public image while dining out.
