Unless you’re living under a rock, you would have known that McDonald’s has released a new rendition of their Samurai Burger – the Golden Samurai Burger which boasts a mouth-watering chicken or beef patty dipped in teriyaki sauce, layered with lettuce and a grilled pineapple ring between oat bran buns.

I attended the preview for New Look’s Autumn Winter 2013 Collection last month, on the condition that I was to write an entry detailing their offerings, along with my experience piecing together a look in a team challenge Little did I know that my humble lil write up was to be picked among the top 5 entries!
The perks are obvious, but the greater reward is in having my entry recognized for whatever merit it had. 😀
Call me crazy, but I’ve never been big on autumn and winter.
It probably has something to do with the (slightly) traumatizing experience of my winter holidays, when I had to trudge through ankle deep snow while freezing in sub zero temperatures. Besides, how many of us actually relish the idea of looking like a penguin who’s trying to impersonate an overstuffed dumpling?
So for the majority of my life, my sunny, tank-top-filled wardrobe and the dark, heavy textiles of the chilly seasons have been pretty much incompatible. That is, until New Look rolled out three new looks (pun unintended!) for its Autumn Winter 2013 Collection.
Pizza toppings are very much like a girl’s accessories – put too little on, and you’ll fail to stand out from the crowd. Put too much, and you’ll come off looking like a Christmas tree gone wrong; trying to come up with the perfect pizza topping is, as you’d guess, is no mean feat.
So I was pretty impressed to hear that Domino’s Pizza had rolled out not one, not two, but a whopping eight new pizza toppings on top of their already extensive menu. And thanks to the OMY Blog Club, yours truly got an invite to try them out! C:
