Mention cafe hopping in Bali, and Sisterfields is the first name to pop up on many a traveller’s list. The all-day Australian brunch cafe has certainly earned its status as one of the must-visit tourist haunts in Seminyak, since its opening by hospitality hyphenate Adam McAsey.
How many of us remember stopping by Old Chang Kee to grab a bite on the way home from work? Yeah, about 90% of the population because they’re practically everywhere. In fact I just broke my diet last week when I caved in to temptation while walking past one of their outlets near my home.
ANYWAY.
Good news for all of us who can’t get enough of their famed curry puffs; Old Chang Kee just welcomed its first flagship store on MacKenzie road, opposite REX Cinema, with affiliated brands including Curry Times, Bun Times, and Dip ‘n’ Go coming together under one big roof to whet appetites with their popular snacks, and then some.

Montana sure has come a long way from its humble beginnings some five years ago. From a humble waffle bar, tucked away in PoMo, this stalwart in Singapore’s waffle scene, has since grown into a two-storey hideout for brunch lovers in the heart of Selegie.
Looking at the recent additions to their menu, it’s not hard to see why Montana is what it is today!

Tucked away from the bustling Seminyak area, NOOK offers visitors a much needed slice of tranquility, with its laid back vibes, whitewashed interior, and sprawling views of a neighbouring rice paddy field and nary a high rise building in sight (a rare sight for a Singaporean).
When you think of German food, hearty platters, braised meats, and tangy sauerkraut come to mind. This year, Brotzeit puts a healthy spin on their menu, with 24 new dishes, including the all-new Brotzeit FIT which features 7 salad recipes (5 of them new).

It’s difficult to find French food that is both affordable and palatable, especially in the pricier downtown areas. Yet somehow, Saveur at The Cathay has managed to nail these two qualities in its menu throughout the years.
