Cafe Coco, the creator of the lavender-themed brunch at Gardens by the Bay, has launched a new Choux Box ($27) on its menu. Inspired by its best-selling bottled cold brews, the assorted puffs are already proving a hit among dessert lovers!

Sold online and in-store, Cafe Coco’s Choux Box consists of six mouth-watering flavours:

• Salted Caramel Latte
• Hazelnut Ganache
• Original Vanilla Custard
• Earl Grey Lavender Latte
• Strawberry Basil
• Lemon Meringue

Each puff is filled to the brim with cream that is rich and flavoured differently to match the toppings of the crispy shell. The Original Vanilla Custard will appeal to those who are looking for a simple treat for afternoon tea. While those looking to indulge, can do so with the the slightly richer Salted Caramel Latte and Hazelnut Ganache, whose intense sweetness will no doubt satiate cravings of even the most sweet-toothed.

Fans of Cafe Coco’s cold brews will find familiar flavours in the Earl Grey Lavender Latte. The floral notes of the lavender are pleasant and subtle, lending the cream a slight, perfume-y note that is not too overpowering.
