The Double Boiled Herbs ‘Kampung ‘Chicken was a clear winner for our table with its robust flavours and tender meat. The herbs give the chicken a comforting flavour profile that is reminiscent of the soups our mothers and grandmothers brew for us.
While the Wok-Fried Tiger Prawn with Tea Leaf emitted a welcoming, smoked aroma when it arrived at our table, I found the prawns could be fresher.
Not to be missed are the Stir-Fried E-Fu Noodles with Straw Mushroom.
For dessert, indulge in some Water Chestnut with Snow Fungus & Egg White.
