Shake Shack’s prettiest, most flowery outlet opens today at Gardens by the Bay! The seventh Singapore outpost of the American fast-casual restaurant features stunning displays of flora, including coral bells and home-grown calla lilies, as well as a picturesque mural by visual artist soph O.
A limited-time Roasted Garlic Mushroom menu will launch first at this outlet, before hitting all Shacks across Singapore from 3 September to 15 October.
The Roasted Garlic Mushroom Beef Burger ($12.50) features crispy fried shallots and tangy roasted garlic mayo, along with juicy sliced Portobello mushrooms caramelized in butter. Paired with Shake Shack’s signature hormone-free Angus beef, the combination yields robust flavours and a satisfying mouthfeel, reminiscent of the ShackMeister Burger.

Cheese fries, step aside, for the Roasted Garlic Fries ($6.50). Another limited-time item on Shake Shack’s menu, this flavour bomb features a generous layer of roasted garlic mayo, parmesan, and fresh scallions for extra crunch. The garlic lends a slightly nutty note to the custardy mayo, giving the fries that super pungent punch!

In Shake Shack Singapore fashion, two exclusive, horticulture-inspired Concrete flavours will be sold. The Berries by the Bay ($7.50) pairs a vanilla custard base with tangy forest berries jam, topped with shortbread, plump and fresh blueberries, and osthmanthus flowers. Overall, a refreshing combination that’s also super pleasing on the eyes!

Tropic Like It’s Hot ($7.50) is a slightly sweeter, more vanilla-leaning flavour with mango and passionfruit blended together, and paired with crunchy shortbread.

It goes without saying that Shake Shack’s newest Singapore outlet is the prettiest, with indoor and outdoor seating available so you can people watch at the latter! Don’t forget to stop and (literally) smell the flowers before or after your meal.
